Fabricated in the Yoder Smokers factory alongside their smokers, this heavy-gauge steel basket was designed for the offset's wood pits to fire up the charcoal for that classic American backyard flavor. Expanded metal construction with rigid steel framework keeps the coals in place throughout the cook and requires zero effort to use; simply place the basket in the firebox and get the flames rolling to use your firebox as a direct grill.

You can use this in any offset smoker or bbq.
