Place a liner in the grease cup before you start cooking. During cooking push excess oil and scraps of food to the rear grease opening at the back of the griddle plate. The liner will catch all the mess.

Once the liner is full, simply discard it and fit a fresh one. Making BBQ cleanup a breeze!
